This isolate is completely derived from grapefruit. Using physical extraction and fractional distillation, the sulfur molecule content has been greatly increased yielding a very meaty-pulpy character. The chief characterizing sulfur molecule is Methional, however a fairly complex mixture of various mercaptan analogs is also present. This isolate is also certifiable as Kosher Parve.
