Isolates are products physically separated or extracted from the named source and are considered "clean label". They can be used in any natural composition and adhere to all current FDA and European definitions of natural flavor. Most of our isolates are also available as Certified Organic to USDA NOP requirements and some also to EU organic requirements. Please see the specific product of interest for detailed information.

Within our Isolates product family exist the following individual products:

Concentrates: These products are generally created during the manufacture of our distillates and then further refined. Concentrates can contribute heavy, base notes and mouthfeel. They also contain many nutrients such as polyphenols and phytochemicals and are available in varying degrees of clarity. Please see the specific product of interest for detailed information.

Distillates: These products are atmospherically distilled and contain no nutrient value, but provide excellent topnotes. They are completely translucent and contain little to no color. Distillates excel in "water white" applications where no color is desired. Please see the specific product of interest for detailed information.

Extracts: These products are hydro-alcoholic extracts of the complete named product. With our proprietary extraction technique, we are able to achieve an extract equivalent in strength to a 16 - 20 fold vanilla extract with no concentration. This means the complete profile of the product remains true, intact and completely balanced. Our extracts can be used as a singular and complete flavor system, or within a flavor system to provide authenticity.
